Coach Dana’s Bio
I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), an athlete, a foodie, and coffee lover!
As an RDN coach and a triathlete, I take a different approach to nutrition than what you may typically consider as nutrition. I like to understand how the interconnected systems of the body are communicating with one another and the effect that is having on your performance in sport and life. When your body is in sync is when you reach your performance potential!
Your ability to level up your performance lies in your commitment to your goals and your consistency in your effort to achieve these goals. Nutrition is equally as important as those hard training sessions. Nutrition is HOW your body recovers and the training adaptations you reap from those training sessions. I always tell my athletes that nutrition can make the difference between a good and a great athlete!
I have a passion for helping you achieve your goals and teaching you how to make healthy eating a part of your daily lifestyle.
