COACH NATALE’S BIO
Hailing from her hometown in Kentucky, Natalie’s athletic journey commenced on the soccer field as a collegiate player. However, her path took a transformative turn when she traded in her cleats for running shoes after graduation. The pivotal moment occurred when she impulsively participated in her first Sprint triathlon on her 21st birthday, igniting an enduring passion for endurance sports.
At the heart of Natalie’s dedication lies a profound love for the triathlon community. As an Assistant Coach, Natalie fosters an inclusive environment where hard work, sweat, and camaraderie flourish.
Expect to push boundaries, embrace challenges, and become part of a supportive network when training with Natalie.
Throughout her athletic endeavors, Natalie has amassed an impressive racing portfolio, conquering numerous sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. Driven by the exhilaration of pushing her limits, she has completed one 70.3 Ironman and triumphed in four 140.6 Ironman events. Natalie cherishes the bonds forged within the triathlon community, particularly with a close-knit group of women with whom she has trained and conquered multiple Ironmans and RunDisney events.
In the summer of 2021, Natalie embarked on an extraordinary adventure, cycling across the United States self-supported alongside her brother. Their journey not only created enduring memories but also raised funds for Team in Training, embodying Natalie’s spirit of embracing challenges while giving back to the community.
